Free Shipping is available for orders of $2000 or 1 pallet and within 10 miles (driving distance) of Pinecone Distribution, Inc. Additional $50 handling charge will apply for orders below $2,000.
We ship UPS Ground, FedEx or pallet shipping by an independent trucking company for larger orders.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. No initial shipping costs can be refunded. Refund or store credit is for the unused/unopened product in the original packaging with no alterations such as price tags.
Shipping is based on the weight and dimensions of the packages.
We only charge the fee that UPS charges — no handling fees.
Will call (Pick-up) option is available for our local customers in Southern California. The order can be scheduled for pick up at Pinecone Distribution’s warehouse within 2-hour preferred pick-up time window. Please note that our pickup range is Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., order placed after 1:00 p.m. will be scheduled for the next business day automatically. Will call (Pick-up) orders not picked up within 7 business days of the scheduled date will be canceled, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
